How can I search for vehicles?
You can access the product list in the following ways:

    • Quick search: Please see the search button, located at the top of your screen. This will allow you access to the product list by selecting the MAKE, MODEL and/or TRACTION.
    • Advanced search: If you wish to refine your search further, please click on the advanced search button located in the top right-hand corner of your screen.
    • Menu categories: Select the desired product category to access the product list via the menu located on the left-hand side.

How can I see full vehicle details?
If you wish to see full details, please click on the picture of the vehicle and a window will open, providing you with all the necessary information.

How can I see the prices of the vehicles?
If you would like to see the prices of the vehicles, you will first need to register. Once you have done this, identify yourself by entering your e-mail address and your password in the top left-hand corner.

How do I add a vehicle to my list of favorites?
To add a vehicle to your list of favorites, please click on the button marked, ADD TO MY FAVOURITES ADD TO FAVORITES located either on the product list or the product file pages.

I need more information on a vehicle.
Click on the button marked ADD TO MY FAVOURITES REQUEST INFORMATION located either on the product list or the product file pages.

How do I reserve a vehicle?
If you wish to reserve a vehicle, add it to your reserve trolley by clicking on the button marked ADD TO MY FAVOURITES ADD TO TROLLEY located either on the product list page or the product file page itself. You may add as many vehicles as you wish. To conclude the process, please click on the button marked SEE TROLLEY and follow the instructions given.

USERS:

How do I register myself as a user of atom.es?
To register on our web page, please click on the button marked NEW USER. A window will open, and in it you will see a form, which you will need to complete. Once this is done, you will receive an e-mail verifying your details. Please enter your e-mail address and confirm your registration for security reasons.

How do I identify myself as a user?
In the top left-hand corner, you will see a form. Please enter your e-mail address and password to identify yourself. Once this is done and after clicking on the button marked IDENTIFY MYSELF, you will be able to access all functions of the application.

I have forgotten my password
If you are unable to remember your password, click on the button marked REMEMBER PASSWORD, located in the top left-hand corner. You will be asked to enter your e-mail address. Your password will then be sent to the e-mail address specified by the user.

FAVORITES:

How do I add a vehicle to my list of favorites?
To add a vehicle to my favorites, please click on the button marked, ADD TO FAVORITES, located either on the product list or the product file page. Your choice of favorites will be stored on the left in your FAVORITES menu.

How do I delete a vehicle from my favorites?
All vehicles added to your favorites carry a red button, marked DELETE FAVORITE. If you click on this button, it will automatically be deleted.

How can I see my favorite vehicles?
In the menu located on the left-hand side, you will find a short cut to your favorite vehicles. If you click on the vehicle that you have selected, you will see a full list of all vehicles added to your favorites and the vehicle you have clicked on will be highlighted in light blue.

RESERVED VEHICLES

How do I reserve a vehicle?
If you wish to reserve a vehicle via our web page, please do as follows:

      1. ADD TO TROLLEY: Add as many vehicles as you like to the trolley by clicking on the button marked ADD TO TROLLEY.
      2. Once you have selected any vehicles of interest, click on the button marked SEE TROLLEY. A window will open, showing a list of the selected products. You may also delete any products that you no longer wish to reserve.
      3. Once you have checked that the products selected are correct, click on the button marked RESERVE.
      4. You will need to fill out the form which follows.
      5. To conclude and validate your reservation, you are required to pay a deposit of 3% of the vehicle’s value via our on-line payment program.
      6. Once this is done, one of salespeople will contact you to formalize the purchase.

Would you like to sell your truck?

ATOM offers you the possibility of selling us your truck via our web page. To do this, please click on the button, marked SELL MY TRUCK, located in the left-hand menu and complete the simple form that appears. A salesperson will then contact you to formalize the offer.
